The only goal in a restorative yoga class is doing as little work as possible. Rest and recharge through long holds in relaxing and supported yoga poses which reduce stress and increase flexibility. If you are looking to recharge or are just getting back to fitness, this is the class for you!
This class offers something for everyone. Yoga Fundamentals focuses on alignment through longer holds and verbal cues from your teacher. Teachers offer options which adapt to your own fitness level. We adapt the yoga poses to you! Learn proper pose alignment while working up a sweat.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga – All Levels
This yoga faster paced Vinyasa flow class is a great way to work up a sweat and find your edge. All fitness levels are welcome – from beginner with chair to advanced Vinyasa practitioner.
Inclusive Body Positive Classes
All of our classes are taught by experienced, certified, and compassionate yoga instructors. We pride ourselves on making class accessible to students from all fitness levels, backgrounds, and experiences.
Students are welcome to use the chair as a prop in all of our classes. That can mean doing your entire class while seated in a chair or simply using the chair for balance. Beginners are welcome at EVERY class on our schedule. Our teachers are trained to help you to meet your needs for your yoga practice.
What to Bring
When coming to class, bring a reusable water bottle and a small towel. If you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it. There are complimentary studio yoga mats available for use on a first come, first served basis. For your first class, arrive about 15 minutes early and the instructor will meet with you to ensure your needs are met during class.
Classes must be cancelled at least six hours prior to scheduled class time. Late cancellations may result being charged for the class as if you attended.
